Grand Opening & Pig Roast

We’re having a pig roast!

It’s been more than a year since the Bow Lake Inn was re-opened as the Independence Inn. Due to the amount of work and renovations we’ve been doing to get the inn looking as pretty as it does now we never got the chance to have a proper Grand Opening. Never ones to pass up an opportunity for a party, we’re having a big celebration and you’re invited!

In partnership with Bardo Farms we’ll be roasting a whole pig. 🐷 Watch our Facebook page for tickets to the roast.

Follow Chef Stephen around on guided tours to learn the full history of the building, what we’ve done to it, and learn why we love New Hampshire and its spirit of independence. Tours will start in the lobby and happen hourly from Noon-4PM.
