Your well-behaved dog (40 lbs or under) may join you in our Colonial Queen or Luxury Queen room. A $25/night fee will apply. Dogs may not be left unattended in the room.
If something comes up and you can’t make it for your originally booked stay, please cancel 72+ hours prior to your check in date. If you cancel within 48 to 24 hours of your check-in date, we will refund 50% of your originally paid amount. No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of your check in date.
Credit card guarantee required at time of booking & check-in. Credit card must be on file while you stay, until the day after you check out in case of damages or any additional charges you may want to put on your tab.
We accept U.S. currency, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), and Bitcoin.
No, you do not need to print your receipt. Feel free to keep your email confirmation for your records though.
No, other than New Hampshire’s 8.5% room tax, and a $25/day pet fee for our pet-friendly rooms. (See Pet Policy above).
