Know Before You Go

Front Desk Hours: We offer self check-in. Staff is on call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (or later)
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Check-in Age: 21+. We may request a government issued ID for confirmation. 

Your well-behaved dog (40 lbs or under, breed restrictions below) may join you in our Colonial Queen or Luxury Queen room.  A $25/night fee will apply. Dogs may not be left unattended in the room.  Due to insurance limitations the following dog breeds may not stay at the Inn, regardless of weight: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Siberian Husky, Wolf and/or wolf-hybrid. 

Payment

If something comes up and you can’t make it for your originally booked stay, please cancel 72+ hours prior to your check in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your check-in date will receive a 50% refund. In either case, the amount of the payment processing fee that we paid upon your original booking amount (approximately 3.6%) will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of your check in date. 

Different cancellation rules apply for full-Inn bookings (five or six rooms). Please contact us for more details.  

Credit card payment required at time of booking. Credit card must be on file until the day after you check out in case of damages to your room.

We accept U.S. currency, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), and Bitcoin.

No, you do not need to print your receipt. Feel free to keep your email confirmation for your records though.

No, other than New Hampshire’s 8.5% room tax, and a $25/day pet fee for our pet-friendly rooms. (See Pet Policy above).
